To provide faster international delivery, Zaanvo fulfills orders from the production studio best positioned for your destination. Both are Zaanvo production studios and follow the same craft, materials, and quality standards.

• United States — Florida Studio, USA
• Canada — Turkey Studio
• United Kingdom — Turkey Studio
• Europe (EU) — Turkey Studio
• Other international destinations — generally the Turkey Studio

Every panel is wrapped in two layers of foam, fitted with edge-protection corners, then crated in a custom-cut wooden frame sized to the panel. The crate is labelled Fragile / This Side Up / Glass on every face.

More than 800 Zaanvo glass pieces have been shipped across our sales channels. In-transit breakage is under 1% — and when it does happen, our remake policy below kicks in.

United States customers can opt in to fast shipping at checkout for a flat $20. That upgrades transit to UPS expedited (1–3 business days after dispatch).

Fast shipping only accelerates the parcel once it leaves the studio — production time is unchanged (3–5 business days for fixed sizes, 8–10 for custom). The upgrade is applied as a separate line on your cart total; it's charged once per order, not per item.

The day your panel ships, you'll receive a tracking email with the carrier tracking number and a direct link — UPS for US orders, FedEx for international. Status updates from handover at our studio all the way to your door.

If 24 hours after the dispatch email the tracking link still shows no movement, write to us — we'll check with the carrier directly.

We remake and reship at no cost — no debate, no restocking fee, no "send it back first." Just write to us within 48 hours of delivery with:

1. A photo of the crate as you received it
2. A photo of the damage on the panel itself
3. A short note describing what you found when you opened it

We'll start a replacement the same day. The damaged piece stays with you — no return shipping required.

Every panel is cut to your size and made after you order. Because of that, we can't accept change-of-mind returns — the piece literally only fits your wall.

What we will do:

• Refund or remake if the panel arrives damaged (see above)
• Refund or remakeif the panel doesn't match what you ordered (wrong size, wrong design, wrong cutouts)
• Pre-production changes — until we cut the glass, you can change size, design, or cancel for a full refund. Just reply to the order confirmation email.

Contact Zaanvo before sending a return. Approved returns must be sent only to the return address provided in your return authorization. Packages sent to our business mailing address without prior approval may not be accepted.

Once your panel is in production we can't change dimensions (the glass is already being cut), but we can usually still swap the design.

International orders are shipped duties paid. Zaanvo covers applicable import duties and customs charges associated with your shipment, so you won't receive an unexpected customs-duty bill upon delivery.

We declare the order value accurately on the customs form — under-declaring would void transit insurance if something were to go wrong.
