Size and Measuring
Measure the installation area carefully before ordering. Width and height must be entered separately. A small mistake in the entered dimensions produces a panel that fits the number you typed, not the wall you meant.
For a backsplash, measure the width between cabinets or cabinet returns and the height from the counter to the underside of your hood or upper cabinets. If you have no upper cabinets, 60 cm is the standard splash zone.

Mounting and Installation
Choose from complimentary standard mounting options (transparent adhesive silicone, double-sided tape, silicone + tape, or removable metal hangers), or select stainless-steel screw mounting hardware for an additional $20. The most suitable installation method depends on the panel size, wall condition, and installation area.
Most kitchens install in about 15 minutes with two people. Complete step-by-step instructions ship with your order and are also online.

Because each panel is produced in the selected design and size, custom and made-to-order products may not be eligible for return due to preference changes.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved order, contact Zaanvo promptly with clear photos of the packaging and the panel so the issue can be reviewed and resolved. We reply within one business day.

The sample exceeded my expectations

The item is not as "rich looking" in reality as it appears in the pictures. Instead of rich copper colors, there are far less appealing orange tones that clearly look painted rather than anything metallic. Barely decided to install the piece rather than discard it.
